The ability to develop and win business within the dynamic, high growth, entrepreneurial OMB market will be a key requirement in this position, as is the capacity to act as a trusted advisor who understands clients needs and can therefore provide an all encompassing and seamless service to clients. 

With strong competition in the region you will need the confidence to network and market face with strong sales ability that will aid in opening doors and bringing new clients to the table. A client following would be advantageous but not essential for those who are ready to step up to the plate and stamp their mark on the market. 

The current Partnership team covers all core services and are fully supportive in ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. Delivery resource is also in place to give confidence when selling the services of the firm. 

This practice offers the autonomy to make and take decisions without being hamstrung as it is not governed by a Head Office in London. The flat structure within the business will give a voice to those who are at the front of the charge to grow and develop the business.
