Our client is a global consultancy firm working across a number of sectors, including financial services, utilities, engineering, hospitality and contact centres. Working with clients to develop outcome based solutions the organisation is able to lead on a range of complex projects to help clients to introduce highly differentiated services that create genuine competitive advantages. A Coach / Facilitator is required to help clients transform customers into advocates of their organisations. They will design learning programmes and facilitate learning team sessions as well as develop an approach that ensures key learnings are embedded into business as usual. The Coach / Facilitator will excel in listening, in holding open discussions until discussion yields useful results, in identifying group moods and at stimulating candid discussion. Suitable candidates will be confident in public speaking, leading presentations or leading discussion. They are likely to have individual coaching experience and managed teams in stressful conditions. Knowledge of managing new products, services or organisational development or regular individual assessment of employees or others would be advantageous. Due to the nature of the organisation the focus is on candidates with exceptional academics within areas such as emotional engagement and psychology - ideally to PhD level. The UK Head Office is based in Edinburgh but candidates could be home based across the UK but they will be required to travel significantly throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. |
