Our client is a global consultancy firm working across a number of sectors, including financial services, utilities, engineering, hospitality and contact centres. Working with clients to develop outcome based solutions the organisation is able to lead on a range of complex projects to help clients to introduce highly differentiated services that create genuine competitive advantages. A Management Consultant is required to lead and manage the client engagement, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the strategic objectives of the project. This will include the designing and planning of the programme, in partnership with designers, the delivery to set targets of the programme and the contractual terms of the programme. Suitable candidates will have previous experience of working for a consultancy firm, delivering projects to third party clients. They will be highly organised, commercially focused and posses exceptional client relationship skills. They will understand the importance of people in making transformational change happen within an organisation. Due to the nature of the organisation candidates MUST have exceptional academics within Social Sciences, such as emotional engagement and psychology - ideally to PhD level. Whilst the Scottish office is in Edinburgh candidates can be home based across the UK but must be able to travel throughout UK and Europe for assignments. |
